In first place on our list is German coach Frank Schmidt with a score of 8.2/10. Schmidt has been head-coach of 1. FC Heidenheim since 2007 and led them from the German Oberliga to the Bundesliga and the Conference League. In the 2023/24 season, the Expectation Index was 10/10.
In second place on our list is García Pimienta. He was promoted to Primera División in his second season with UD Las Palmas and managed to stay in the league the following year. He joined Sevilla FC in the summer of 2024.
